🌿 ASHLR Lifetime Achievement Award

The ASHLR Lifetime Achievement Award honors distinguished academicians and researchers who have made outstanding and sustained contributions to the advancement of Humanities, Social Sciences, Literary Studies, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, Education, and allied disciplines through research, innovation, and leadership.

Open to academicians and researchers in Humanities, Social Sciences, Literary Studies, Cultural Studies, Linguistics, Education, and allied disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of distinguished professional experience in teaching, research, or scientific innovation.

Recognized national and/or international reputation in education, research, or professional practice.

Applicant must be a Life Member of ASHLR.

1. Teaching Experience – Only permanent, full-time experience will be considered.

2. Research Publications – Number and quality of publications in reputed journals, with good impact factor, and citation index.

3. Patents & Innovations – Number of patents filed, granted, or commercialized reflecting innovation and applied research.

4. Research Projects – Major and minor projects completed or ongoing as Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-PI, funded by national or international agencies.

5. Research Supervision – Number of Ph.D. and Post-Doctoral candidates successfully guided.

6. Academic & Professional Leadership – Roles in academic administration, editorial boards, or professioal bodies.

7. Overall Impact & Recognition – Awards, fellowships, invited talks, and contributions demonstrating leadership and excellence.

• Feature in the ASHLR Annual Report and Official Website.

• Priority consideration for invited talks, editorial roles, and academic committees of the Society.

• Open exclusively to Life Members of ASHLR.

• An application fee of INR 300 is applicable for applying to any award category.

• Awardees will receive a Recognition Certificate and be featured in the ASHLR Annual Report and Website.

1. Eligible candidates must first obtain Lifetime Membership of ASHLR.

2. Fill out the online Google Form for award application.

3. Upload supporting documents (CV, publication list, patents, recognitions, etc.).

4. Incomplete submissions or incorrect information may lead to disqualification.

• Awards are open only to Life Members of ASHLR.

• Each candidate may apply for only one award category per year.

• All applications must be submitted before the deadline.

• No queries or correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

• If eligibility criteria do not fully match, the applicant may be considered for a more suitable category.

• False or misleading information will result in disqualification and revocation of awards.

• The decision of ASHLR shall be final and binding; no legal action or claims will be entertained.
